PT. MEGA AGUNG SEJAHTRA (hereinafter abbreviated as PT. MAS) was established on July 5, 2018 with an office and business address located at Jl. KH. Wahid Hasyim No. 145, Cipeujeuh Wetan Village, Lemahabang District, Cirebon Regency, West Java – Indonesia.
We are an authorized company whose vision is to provide the best service for personnel who want to realize the dream of becoming a seaman with a reliable job skills. We are a human resources company focused on recruiting, training, operating in various areas of fishing vessels, onshore and offshore services with a staff of individual professionals who are highly dedicated to their work and have extensive experience in the shipping and marine industry. Our company is also committed to meeting all the client’s needs for manpower in accordance with the established standards. Our quality policy is to provide a workforce of the highest quality and capability. We always follow the changes and challenges of the shipbuilding and marine industry so that we are always doing continuous improvement in all respects.
We welcome new challenges and always strive to meet customer needs in the most efficient way. Currently, there are still many Indonesian seafarers who do not have the opportunity to become seafarers. PT. Mega Agung Sejahtra was established to provide opportunities for Indonesian seafarers to work on ships. Many Indonesian Seafarers are dispatched for local and international shipping. Our company can provide a good experience for Indonesian seafarers. We also always try to establish cooperation with local and international companies.

Year 2011 dated June 14, 2011 by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia and has received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. 0032, 766. AH.01.01.Tahun 2018 dated July 13, 2018 and amendments to the Deed of Amendment to the Decree of the Company’s Articles of Association No. 14 dated June 29, 2020 by Mrs. Dwi Kusnandar, SH, M.Kn. registered as a Notary through the Notary Deed of Establishment. C-481.ht.03.01-Th. 2004 dated December 29, 2004 and has received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-0014541.AH.01.02.Year 2020 dated February 19, 2020.
