Fisheries Basic Training is carried out to improve the work ability of prospective crew members in operating fishing gear so that prospective crew members can master work equipment on ships as well as possible without neglecting work safety. This training is carried out in related institutions that have collaborated with PT. Mega Agung Sejahtra before the crew members departed.
